La Salle University's Catherine McFadden has been named one of the 15 recipients of the Atlantic 10 Postgraduate Scholarship, as announced on Tuesday. This honor is given to one student-athlete from each of the conference's 15 schools.

Germantown Academy Director of Athletics Tim Ginter has announced the hiring of Diane Lieber Campbell as the new head coach of field hockey. Campbell will provide general oversight to the entire 6-12 field hockey vertically aligned program.
Germantown Academy is a proud supporter of Girls on the Run, a fun, evidence-based program that inspires participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others. Germantown Academy has hosted its own GOTR team for the past 11 years, spearheaded by Head of Lower School Sue Szczepkowski.
Germantown Academy hosted the 23rd Annual Modern Language Honorary Society Induction Ceremony. Eighteen students were inducted into their respective language's honor society by the faculty, who spoke almost entirely in the language of induction.

Family STEAM Night was a student-led event where community members learned about and participated in a variety of activities that connect Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.
